No staff to help with small requests. Asked for extra pillows 2x. Never got them. No staff at the desk most of the time. Very basic hotel. Not recommended.

The hotel is well situated in the centre of Sierre, very comfortable bed, good sized room, the bathroom facilities are average.

Decrepit hotel, in dire need of renovation. None of the hotel staff were wearing protective face masks during our stay, which we found especially shocking. There were no amenities open to guests, so no breakfast, despite it being included in the room price. The reception staff made no effort to make us feel welcome, or to offer help to us in finding food and sustenance in the vicinity. The bar was closed during our stay, except for Sunday morning, when alcohol was being served - but not to us! The towels in the room were old, worn and thin and the fittings dated. This is a very tired place you should only stay in desperation.

This Hotel is simple and functional. Very close to the station and funicular. The rooms are kept clean, but the decoration is old and a bit shabby. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant and is ok but not extravagant. It was very hot during my stay and my room had neither air-conditioning nor a fridge for cold drinks. Wifi is reliable.

There is no proper luggage storage area.The room is spacious and relatively quiet. Hotel has a good location just in front of the funiculair. Train station is also nearby. Supermarket and restaurant were just round the corner. Very convenient.

I booked my stay the night of my stay, when I arrived at the hotel the door as locked there was no bell and no one would answer the phone (I called 6 times) this left me with no hotel and unable to find another one which resulted with me having to sleep in my car in sub zero temperatures ... very unhappy !!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was fairly large for European standards. Decor has not been updated since the 1980. Ferrari Bar theme is very fun. Staff very pleasant. I will absolutely return. Free WiFi availabe as expected.

Near shops and lots of restaurants, just across the road from the funicular to Crans Montana. Two hundred yards from the railway station of the excellent pleasant town by the Rhone. Worth a stop . nearby tourist office . Lots to do.

Room was dated. 2. Shower was ok for the 1 night we were there, but would drive me crazy if I was there longer.
