    Room was not clean did not manage to sleep first night.wellness spa hustled me into a massage I never asked for ie asked for head and shoulder massage instead gave me a awful ba k only massage. When complained ignored me when asked for my money back refused like one of the the dodgy businesses in a rough area. It felt like I was in 2 star not a 5 star unfortunately. After my complaints I was offered minimum . I have a video of the cleaning manager losing it after I videoed and showed him the uncleasiness if the room.

    Receptionist person name Fart was very very rude. No manners to talk. No smile doesn’t know how to welcome his guests. We were group of 6 people with luggage. We had to take our luggage our self. The staff never offered us a trolley or help. Proper miserable staff. No smile no hello they ignore you . The guy at reception too £100 deposit for the mini bar just in case if we use the bar so they can deduct money. He promised us if we don’t use it we will refund it back and guess what at check out same guy said I can’t refund my card machine is not working but I will chase it and refund it . Today it’s been 2 weeks we been back to Uk and you hey didn’t refund us the money . We had to chase it up. I would like to request Holidays inn to fire this person proper rude and no customer service skill. I would not stay in this hotel again nor I will recommend to anyone.
