Some minor "annoying" things, but my mayor issue was the non-availibility of the "free-parking": the parking garage was closed and there were just 3-4 spaces available around this very inner-city, tightly congested area. We received new clean pillows upon request (!) and the beds and sheets were clean and newer. The mold (and smell) in the bathroom appeared quite hazardous to health and esthetics. The refrigerator in the room needs a thourough cleaning. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

I was not very impressed with the hotel itself as my expectations were higher. The photos on the website are misleading and appear photoshopped. The hotel is actually surrounded by apartment blocks, but the pictures make it look like a detached property with greenery around, which is not true. The lift is extremely small, fitting a maximum of two people at a time. The rooms and facilities are not ideal, especially for families. The only positive was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a budget option, so don’t expect much beyond the basics.
