    I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharks Bay Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The food was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The beach and pools were fantastic, and the coral reef was amazing for snorkeling. The atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and family-friendly, making it a perfect destination for both couples and families. A special thanks to all the staff members for their professionalism and dedication, which made our vacation truly memorable. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to return again in the future.

    We had a lovely 4 nights at Double Tree. Beautiful staff and excellent facilities. Beach has amazing reef to snorkel and the House of Asia and Cala restaurants are amazing. Highly recommend.

    The hotel was amazing, spotless, and the location was really good. Everything was perfect except for the restaurants. I booked an all-inclusive stay, and I really regretted it. The food was bad — the buffet was full of pasta and pizza, and there were barely any protein options. I could only eat salads and rice. Some of the vegetables were not fresh either. The desserts looked nice, but the taste was horrible. I was really disappointed with the food.

    Since we arrived no hospitality at all, all staff have attitude even if you ask for a water they give it to you with the attitude they make you feel like you have everything for free as you’re not paying money. It’s completely not even two stars hotel it’s not even a hostile. It’s clearly a waste of money. I advise everyone not to go there.
