Before arriving the hotel contacted us to confirm payment about 3 days before, which was unexpected as it was displayed as "pay on check-in". They also contacted us to ask the time of our arrival and inform us we could leave our luggage there if we areive before check in, with no additional cost. This hotel is down a side street across from St Pancras/ Kings Cross Station so there are plenty of shops and eateries around. On arrival we were met promptly by polite front desk staff who informed us of all we needed to kmow, took our bags and welcomed us to London. When we did check in, we were informed that our bags were already in our room. The room was small, as advertised but well played out for 3 people with 3 single beds. The room was one floor down. The room itself was warm and cosy and most importantly clean. My only issue was waking up at 8am to floorboards creaking from the room above handsome work men directly outside of our window who were extremely loud, from the yard of the property. On leaving the staff were polite and asked how our stay was. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably price room.
