The overall experience was lacking, with inadequate Wi-Fi and a breakfast that didn't meet expectations. The room size felt cramped, making it hard to relax and sleep well, and the amenities were below par. While the staff tried to be helpful, it wasn't enough to offset the issues faced during the stay. Unfortunately, this place didn't deliver value for what was paid, leaving much to be desired in terms of comfort and facilities.

I really appreciated and enjoyed my stay at the Beverly Hill Marriott! The beds were super comfy and the room was spacious! The room was clean and the hallways were well lit. The lobby was also really nice. When we explained to the front desk about the weak wifi, they kindly switched our rooms where the wifi was strongest. The hotel’s staff was really kind and friendly which made our stay a whole lot better. Downside is that there are not many establishments near the area but on the plus side, the location is in a peaceful and safe area within the heart of beverly hills. Would recommend this hotel! Also, theres a car rental right across the street from the hotel and some known restos 20 mins (by foot)

The hotel seemed to have undergone some recent renovations. Overall, the staff is friendly and efficient. Housekeeping provides clean linen daily.
The weakest link would be the front desk staff and their standard operating procedure of canceling reservations, using the excuse of “we were overbooked.”
In addition, the front desk staff will take valet requests for the cars to be brought around for the customers, but will take longer than normal to relay that message to the actual valet. That will cause the customers to be late for their appointments because they’re waiting longer than normal for their cars to be brought around to the front of the hotel so they can leave.
