    One of the staffs (a big young man) is very impolite and unhelpful which made us feel so bad. One of the lady helped us afterward we through she must see how impolite he did to us. She also told us that the person work during the night will be a very nice person.

    No downstairs rooms as being refurbished and being disables it was difficult getting up stairs. Seemed strange going through a garage forecourt to access the hotel. Large potholes in the entrance road.

    We were very happy with our stay. Would recommend. Staff brilliant extremely helpful. And most haunted was able to have a laugh and joke with them. Workmen were I but you wouldn't know hard working sociable.

    Reserved a family room for 2A and 3Cs. Room was basic, no frills at all except for the pg tips! Huge room for improvement on cleanliness, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed thoroughly, question if it had been done. Sheets/bed clean. Bathroom very basic and tired. Needs a good scrub l, specifically the floor.
