Excellent staff, Jasmine was gracious and extremely helpful, we would not stay anywhere else, recommend the suite facing the water
Brunton provided us a tuk tuk driver Sajad who was gracious on our tour and providing rides around Fort Cochin

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc.
