    This is the oldest, still operating hotel in Stockholm and with it's central location, it's one that I keep coming back to when visiting Stockholm. The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is also really good with warm and cold options, healthy and less healthy. The only downside is due to the great location by Stureplan, there may be some disturbance on the weekends if you have a window facing the street. As much as I loved the view from the 5th floor, I was also woken up at 4 am by the music from the clubs and sat on the balcony for a while, watching the sun rise and the drunk club visitors making their way home on the street below.

    I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It claims to be a 4-star property, but the room I received was far from that standard. I had booked a 15 m² double room, yet the room I was given was no more than 10 m², with only a small porthole window. On top of that, there was no fridge or minibar in the room, which should be a basic feature for a hotel of this category. The overall experience felt misleading compared to what was advertised, and I definitely did not get the value I paid for. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite good.
