Property was clean, no issues at all. Some construction works are ongoing at the rear of the hotel which I did not know about. That started about 7am so might be early for other guests. Small fitness room was adequate. Food choice in hotel wasn't to my taste but that's not negative review of the restuarant in anyway - but there is a shopping mall less than 2 minutes walk with plenty of food choices there.

Nice hotel with great public transportation connections. Metro and busses leaving from the next-door shopping center which also have all the shops and restaurants. Area is very nice. Rooms good and clean, but could be cosier. Breakfast was basic and nothing special.

Really nice hotel, very close to the metro station which takes you to central Helsinki in 15 minutes but also very easy to get out of the city and into the countryside. The hotel was well maintained, clean and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and there were lots of options. I would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable and had the essentials. AC worked well and I slept well in the bed. Breakfast was got the job done. Hotel staff were friendly. Only thing that I think could have been better was the parking: why do I need to pay for 24h parking when I'm only spending the night at the hotel?

Beautiful hotel but unfortunately bad prestation . On my first night , empty soap & little shower gel enough to take my shower. Even if I asked twice the second day for the housekeeper to add some, the second night room not cleaned, used coffee cups not changed, and empty soap and shower gel. The receptionist wanted me to wait the morning, I insisted, so he let me take my shower in another room. Saturday room not cleaned because the housekeeper sold I’m checking out ??? lots of mis communications between staff !!

An immaculately clean room with top quality beds, linen, and light-blocking curtains (helps with jetlag). Excellent breakfast included, as well as WiFi. Sauna available and also included. Walking distance / adjacent to all Tapiola amenities, shops and restaurants, but at the same time no need to go anywhere; the hotel’s own restaurant is excellent as well. The only thing that should be added is parking; we had to pay extra for that.. The metro takes you in minutes to downtown Helsinki.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds.Parking is not cheap but you get a hotel discount.It is located right next to a shopping centre and metro station with easy links to downtown Helsinki.Its also next door to wonderful parkland with enjoyable walks.The breakfast was good, coffee not good. I did not eat in the restaurant.

Breakfast good but had to share a table with a stranger as busy. Could not check out as the computers were down (at 8am) and had to leave credit card details and an email address. This is a hotel set near a park and a small shopping center. It is reasonably priced and comfortable. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the hotel restaurant is decent as well. The room that I stayed in had a musty smell. Overall this hotel is a very good value for the price.
