The staff were wonderful. We were late in arriving but staff made the check-in process smooth and easy. We were in unit 1 which has a view of the bay and a wonderful outside sitting area with a bbq. Linens were nice and beds comfortable. The heat pump worked well when we needed air conditioning or heat. The staff were very helpful during an unusual heavy rainfall event to make sure we were safe and had everything we needed. We would stay again if we are back in the area. Hot water beach and Cathedral Cove are within easy driving distance.

The location was fine but the room was a little overpriced with a king bed made with two single beds put side by side.

Lovely view, easy room access via lockbox, digging spades were provided for Hot Water Beach.
