The hotel is in a good location to access the new and Autos within a few minutes walk
It’s a city centre , so streets are quite narrow and parking can be a challenge
The manager and receptionist were excellent and accommodated our requests and were so helpful and friendly- the staff are a real asset and the service stood out. There is some renovation work ongoing in the area but this did not disturb our stay
Overall a great value, excellent service and good location hotel for Lisbon

Place was very clean and Diogo at the front desk was wonderful always helpful. Breakfast was always good.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff could not have been more helpful, going out of their way to ensure we knew how to get to must see tourist attractions and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Hotel Pricipe Royal.
