The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The room was small, but quiet and had everything I needed. The location was great. A walk to everything I needed and at the same time away from all of the noise.
The room was small. The bathroom was smaller. Did well enough though especially for one person.

Location is perfect, and central. Just couple of steps away from the beautiful Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara. Very clean and modern room. Properly working AC. Ionized water dispenser at the entrance for guests. Very historical building yet modernized with modern furnitures. They provided early check in and check out time was very reasonable too.
Room was a bit humid but I guess it is because of Lisbon is a humid city. There might be nothing the hotel can do.

Location
No mini fridge and no coffee maker. TV picture is off (for those that are watching).
The location is great but it contributes to a noise which prevents sleeping. The partying ends at 5am every day.
You could also hear people talking next door.
