The hotel is acceptable if you don’t expect a 4-star experience, as advertised. The rooms are outdated and don’t match the photos, with walls that need repainting. The toilet is separate from the shower and sink, and neither area has ventilation. There is no air conditioning, so heating is only available when the hotel turns it on, usually in the early morning. The mini fridge barely cools at all.
On the positive side, the location is good, fairly close to the metro. The breakfast is varied, and the best part of the hotel is the on-site shop, which is quite large, well stocked, reasonably priced like a regular supermarket, and open until around 12 AM.

This hotel makes a big effort to please it's guests.
The hotel has a few parking spots right at the hotel, but most guests need to park a 10 minute walk away. Parking cost is 100 Czech Koruna, which can be refunded, but it's a bit of a hassle

The room I was assigned did not match the photos shown on Agoda. The official images depict a modern room with a headboard, desk, chair, wallpaper, and bedside table lamps. In reality, none of these were present. The room was very basic, with plain walls, no headboard, no desk or chair, and no bedside lamps.
The bathroom facilities were also below expectations. Although the (corner) shower and toilet were separate, both were very simple, small, and closer to hostel-level facilities rather than what is typically expected from a hotel.
Breakfast was included and the quality was acceptable, which was the only positive aspect of the stay.
Overall, the accommodation did not reflect the advertised room standard, and the price felt high for the level of comfort and facilities provided.
