    The bed is comfy and the location of the hotel is close to the centre. Only major complaint is that the hallways are a bit smelly but staff are helpful, there is a chilled water machine and the rooms themselves are very clean.

    Hotel is located very pathetic area which are full of homeless and drugs addict people and you not feel safe during walk after 9:00 pm. Hotel itself was very old constructed room was also not proper clean but the staff was very helpful. Not recommended to anyone

    Good location for meetings at Moscone but didn't notice there was no a/c. That meant windows open, which meant lots of noise from the street, which meant running my fan on high to drown out the noise. Hansel was great, but others not so well informed. Old hotel and shows it--bathtub was not inviting, let's just say. Stay here for the location if you spend no time in your room because you are enjoying the city.
