    Nice, basic room in great location. Very friendly effective chuck in staff. However, cleaning clue left all the rubbish overflowing in bins, didn't clean bathroom, just made the bed and added towels (even though we hung them up to re-use). Overall good experience.

    What a fantastic location in Sydney if you are there to see a show and do some shopping. From the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly and helpful, guiding us through the transport network and recommending apps to help navigate it. They organised a cute little welcome for my daughter’s first trip to Sydney which made her day. Close to Market City shopping and the walk up George St has fantastic shopping opportunities and the light rail stop is right across the hotel and goes straight to Circular Quay and the Central Station. We would definitely stay there again!!

    The room is quiet smaller for 3 people and the sofa bed is very soft that my son can’t sleeping very well.
