We booked The Peninsula Bangkok because of its incredible reputation for service, so we arrived with very high expectations. Somehow, they didn't just meet them—they exceeded them in every possible way.
From the moment we checked in until the day we sadly had to leave, every single person we encountered made us feel like royalty. The front desk team, housekeeping, the restaurant and bar staff, and the hotel managers all went out of their way to make our stay special.
It's the little things that really set this hotel apart. Every detail has been carefully thought through, and there always seemed to be another thoughtful gesture waiting to bring a smile to our faces. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm and welcoming, making us feel less like guests and more like family.
We honestly can't say enough good things about our stay. If we'd been allowed, we would have happily moved in!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone at The Peninsula Bangkok for making our visit so memorable. We sincerely hope to be back again one day.

Thai staff did not speak English or at pretended not to understand. Will not answer your calls directly, but instead get a Filipino to get back to you.
Gave us the worst room on the level during check in. The one right in the corner away from the view. Promised to change rooms for us the next day, after a team-building event group left, but never did.
Swimming pool opens at 6am, but daily cleaning was not done by 8.30am, had to wait till after 9.30am! Even then, the pool if filthy with lots of green-black sediment sloshing at the bottom!
Location is close Iconsiam and nothing else. All other places of interests are at least a 30min car ride.
Breakfast was good. Emphasised quality over quantity.
