    We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel. It was close to their metro and train lines which allowed us to explore the city easily. Some great local restaurants in the area. The room size was comfortable even with four pieces of luggage. This was the last stop on a multi destination trip. Would definitely stay here again.

    I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. It’s in a quiet area which I appreciated & I never heard any noise from any guests. The room, bathroom were clean & has good water pressure but my only gripe is I found the bed & pillows very hard & since I have a long term back problem I woke up every morning feeling pain. Overall I found the check-in/out staff very friendly and courteous and although I have my gripe with the bed/pillows I would stay again. Oh & transport is very good to get around to major areas as it also has the JR line around 5 mins walk away. There’s many restaurants & a Family Mart just on corner opposite the hotel.

    The staff were nice but so unhelpful. The location is not that convenient. Not many places around to eat and they are always full. Not close to the main attractions. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable

    The stay was comfortable overall, the staff was accommodating and spoke good English. However, like most average japanese hotels the room size felt cramped and the view was underwhelming and the facilities and amenities were nothing exceptional for a 4-star hotel. The location was also not the best, there is nothing worth doing/seeing in that neighborhood but it's not too difficult commuting to neighborhoods like Akihabara, Ikebukuro or Shibuya. Also, room service was only available from 5 to 9pm, which was disappointing.
