    2nd time here. Very good location - kyobashi train station is right below, walking distance to bus station for the bus to narita, short walk to Ginza, 711 stores on the left and right and Lawson right below. Just that room and toilet is small (even for the 18sqm room).

    Convenient location with nearby subway and multiple 7-11 stores in proximity. We did not have much interaction with staff (there was no need) other than during check-in. We unfortunately arrived on a very rainy day and after a long flight and getting caught in the rain, I was just simply exhausted and found the check in experience at the kiosk with the less than friendly staff member to be a bit underwhelming. Other than that, no complaints and everything was as expected. It was not our first trip to Tokyo so we knew what to expect, but if this is your first time, do keep in mind that room sizes in general will be on the smaller end, and if you are traveling as a family, you will definitely want to book a larger room or multiple rooms to give everyone space.
