    We only stayed 1 night as we were taking the bullet train th next morning. The location is a short walk from the station and airport limosine bus drop off. The staff are friendly, but, I have no idea why they have kiosk self checkin, as there are 3 staff helping customers navigate the machines, which defeats the object. The room was comfy and clean, we took a as it is slightly larger, sadly the small massage chair is pretty useless and just takes up valuable space that would be better used for luggage. Good for a

    The location is prime, being close to Tokyo station and Kyobashi station. The facilities were well maintained and complemented by attentive staff.
