    I asked for early check in @ 3 - I was told check in could not be guarenteed till 4. Room wasn’t ready till 5:30. It was not the room I booked a king with a couch and bay view and got a double queen facing the parking lot. Otherwise stay was fine.

    Very cute vacation homes. cozy decor and clean bed. Hope we'd stayed longer! Recommed to stay near the village, easier access to the food and shops.

    We arrived at 6 pm 2 hours passed our check in time and told rm isn't ready ,well we are tired and say that not acceptable.And they get on phone and get us a room. Well we go in this older building at the end of the resort and get to our room. It was so dated honestly it looked like a dated motel 6 or sleep inn. Im not happy with what we paid but we tried to make the best of it. I go to the sink and its covered in bugs im not sure what they are so I video them well then we are looking for remote and under the bed we find a tampon feminine hygiene product.So we know the room wasnt cleaned. Im made now I have already sent 1 message with no reply so we go to bed and when we awake the next morning there are little dead bugs which I was informed was roaches in our bed .They finally got back and moved up but we paid for 2 nights 48 hours and we got maybe 12 hours. Don't stay here im serious a Marriott or holiday Inn
