We arrived early just past noon and staff was kind to let us check in early as there was available room. Room was clean and comfortable although a little small and only had a small side table given the limited space. However, felt it still could have been better if some wall mounted clothes hanger were installed for guests to hang their clothes. Market street is a major street so it felt quite safe mostly. Main door of hotel was also locked at all times and guests could open it with their keys. There are also complimentary tea and coffee at the reception which was a nice touch.

Not terrible, but service by staff was helpful and reasonable. For the money, why not. I didn’t feel unsafe at night, but I am a grown man so cannot say the same for others.
