    I would say very essential, it would need a renovation and more care, but overall it was a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff and the convenient location next to the metro.

    Other reviews were particularly negative about this hotel so expectations were quite low. Overall, the hotel definitely exceeded expectations and it provides great value for its price: rooms are sufficiently big and clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is fine, location is good (situated just outside a metro station).

    Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Listing, Not Worth the Price I stayed at Palma Nova Hotel during my recent Europe trip and had a very poor experience. I had cancelled another hotel and booked this one through Agoda, purely based on the polished and appealing photos listed on the platform. Unfortunately, the reality was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what was shown online. The hotel is not even close to 3-star quality — it is more like an OYO-level property in India, lacking even the most basic amenities. Here’s what I experienced: • No tea kettle in the room – even budget hotels provide this. • Bathrooms were in terrible condition – broken bathing enclosures, non-functional exhaust fans, poor hygiene. • Air conditioners were outdated and barely functional – the room remained hot and uncomfortable. • Skirtings and doors were broken, poorly maintained and clearly neglected. • Telephones were not working, making it impossible to contact reception from the room. • Lamps had no lampshades, just exposed bulbs and loose holders – it gave the room a very shabby look. • Electric sockets were not functional, causing further inconvenience. This is not what I paid for, and I believe Agoda should seriously consider auditing such properties before listing them. This is clear misrepresentation, and I feel cheated for trusting the listing. I request Agoda to compensate or reimburse for this misleading experience. Attaching pictures to show the real condition of the hotel — I hope this helps future travelers make better choices.
