    Grand property by all margins and Great staff. Rooms could be better for the price but over all amazing property

    We stayed at this hotel for three nights from 29th May to 2nd June 2026. Having stayed at other 5-star properties like Hyatt, Marriott, and Conrad, we had high expectations. However, this experience was merely satisfactory. The hotel needs to work on several aspects to deliver a truly luxurious 5-star experience.Here are the specific areas that require improvement:In-Room Kettle: I was surprised to find a plastic electric kettle in the room. Heating water in plastic can release microplastics, which poses health risks. Even standard 3-star properties provide stainless steel kettles nowadays.Bathroom Size and Layout: There was no bathtub in the bathroom. Furthermore, the shower area was so small that it felt claustrophobic, which is not what one expects from a luxury hotel.Amenities and Housekeeping: The room amenities were subpar. Both the iron and the telephone were non functional when we arrived, though they were replaced after we complained. Additionally, the hotel does not automatically restock dental and shaving kits during daily room cleaning. Having to call staff to request these everyday for three days was highly annoying.The only saving grace—and the highlight of our stay—was Chef Inderpal Singh. He was exceptionally welcoming and took great care of my dietary needs, preparing a variety of delicious Jain (no onion, no garlic) dishes for me. The property is truly lucky to have such a dedicated chef looking after their guests.

    We stayed for 1 night. And i loved it! Great recommend everyone, and i got a great deal from Agoda for these dates..so that makes the stay much more sweeter. Thank you ITC Mughal, Agra

    Valet parking was a bit chaotic as I had to wait for 40 min post check out for my car . Steam was not functional in the common pool and sauna was not there . Exorbitant high prices for the facilities . Morning breakfast .. huge rush and mismanaged .
