I liked the staff’s behavior, they were active and responsive. Although we reached late due to bus delays, they kept communicating with me and assured me that they were waiting, which I really appreciated. The hotel was also neat and clean, with a perfect location.
When we were there, we heard a lot of noise coming from the ceiling, which made us uncomfortable.

The stay was overall decent, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The room and washroom had no proper ventilation, which made the space feel suffocating at times. Steam from the washroom would enter the room, making it feel foggy and uncomfortable.
Additionally, the pricing seemed on the higher side. A regular water bottle priced at ₹20 was charged at ₹60, and the menu items were also comparatively overpriced.
Improving ventilation and revising pricing would greatly enhance the guest experience
