The front desk employee GLENN was rude and did not acknowledge our reservations of two rooms through AGODA, he said that we had only one room. Then the other employee looked into it and confirmed our reservations. GLENN kept blaming third party AGODA and called his manager Jimmy telling him that I was trying to teach him his job, which I was because GLENN was not doing the job other than complaining about third party reservations. GLENN will always give a bad name to the hotel and they will loose business.
