    Book this place as a last minute after a disaster booking experience of a room from another platform (different than advertised). Very welcoming and comfortable room as well as spacious. Definitely recommended to all.

    This large hotel is located next to the Kyoto International Conference Center and is easily accessible from Kokusaikaikan Station. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is ideal accommodation for participants in conferences happening at KICC.

    This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. The biggest problem was the extremely poor communication and lack of coordination regarding my reservation. The information provided before arrival and the information given at the hotel were not clear or consistent, leaving me confused and frustrated upon check-in. What made the experience worse was the way the issue was handled. Instead of receiving clear and straightforward assistance, I had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to understand what was actually happening with my reservation. For a hotel of this category, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and attention to the guest experience. Unfortunately, the overall experience was stressful and disappointing rather than comfortable and welcoming. I would strongly recommend improving the communication between the hotel and booking platforms and providing guests with clear and consistent information before arrival. This experience significantly affected my impression of the hotel.
