    In all the hotel was ok first room witch we spent one night in had a rather smoky musky smell , we were moved the next day , little inconvenient next room still has a musky smell but was tolerable, but had portable humidifier in each room we stayed in Breakfast was good , staff were exellent location good

    Recommended. Within 2 minutes from Watanabe sky station. It is 3 stations from hakata (Shinkansen station). 1 stop from Tenjin station. Many supermarkets nearby and also eateries. Like the house keeping and the daily headroom is span, clean and neat. Great stay 👍

    I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The staff showed very little flexibility when I made a reasonable request, and the way I was spoken to felt dismissive. What concerned me most was that other guests appeared to receive more accommodating treatment, which made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. I hope management will review this situation and provide better staff training to ensure all guests are treated equally and respectfully.
