The room felt more spaceous than I anticipated from the photos, and it was enough for 4 of us to stay at. The room was clean and the basic facilites were there. The bunk bed was comfortable and the room gives a cozy vibe. I would recommend it since it is so close to the metro station as well as the Family Mart.

I don’t usually write detailed reviews, but this property truly deserves one to help others decide.
I booked this place when it only had two reviews, and neither was very convincing. Still, I needed a space big enough for me and my kids in the Tenjin area, so I took the risk—and I’m so glad I did.
Check-in was quick and seamless. The room felt brand new, and everything inside was well-maintained. I’m quite sensitive to smells, so I really appreciated that there was no musty odor at all, especially since the room is carpeted.
The layout is very practical—the toilet and shower are separate, which is a huge plus when traveling as a group. The washer/dryer was also a standout feature and made our stay so much more convenient. The room had everything we needed: a microwave, toiletries, an iron and ironing board, and even laundry detergent (just one pack, but still very thoughtful). While we didn’t cook, there’s also an induction stovetop, along with plates and utensils.
One thing we absolutely loved: each bed has its own light and power outlet for charging devices—super convenient.
There are about three grocery stores nearby, in addition to several convenience stores. The Tenjin area itself is a bit of a walk, but we honestly didn’t mind. The weather was great, and we ended up walking around Tenjin, Hakata, and even as far as Ohori and Nishi Park without noticing the distance.
Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely choose this property again. The luggage storage service was also a big help.
