My two daughters and I spent the night here before attending a Girl Scout event. Since we’re not accustomed to staying in the city, we felt a bit uneasy at first, but this place quickly put us at ease.
The staff at check-in were welcoming, and the entire arrival and departure process was probably the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. The room was spotless, with fresh towels, an abundance of cozy pillows, and excellent bedding. They provided the Wi-Fi code right at registration, which was very convenient.
The parking was free, secure, and located inside the building. The rate was also very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

It's a good deal but clean and reception staff was kind. The place's close to union square, China town, or Japan town.

I paid $*** for a 2 double bed room. Beds were clean, ac worked, had a tv, microwave, fridge, lights worked, had hot running shower. The location is probably not the safest but lots of walkable restaurants nearby. The chain on our door broke off. And one bed was right in front of the door which also doesn't feel the safest. At 3am it sounded like a train was driving through the hallway. Would I stay here again? If I was budgeting, just needed a bed for a night, and had someone with me.
