This hotel was great! From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby, we truly felt at home! Don Jesus provided us with great information regarding tours we could reserve and helped us reserve transportation on several occasions when ubers weren't ideal. He connected us with Porfirio who manages the tours the hotel has to offer as well as manages guest transportation (both at a cost), if need be. Erick, another employee, was also wonderful! They all make an amazing team. We were truly impressed by all this hotel has to offer and hope to return soon! Also the location being so close to El Angel is a HUGE plus!
Amenities: pool, starbucks in lobby, air conditioning, elevators (not all hotels in cdmx have ac and elevators), breakfast (at a cost), etc.
The only complaint is that there are a lot of bars nearby that play loud music until very late. This made some nights hard to sleep. This is no fault to the hotel, just a side note - especially for those traveling with little ones.

Nice hotel in a great location close to everything. Just a short walk to La Roma, Condesa or Paseo de La Reforma.
