The room was good. Front desk staff is not pleasant. Lounge and workers around the hotel were very nice and attentive.

We were granted a suite, wich was very spacious, the proble was the phone by the bed, it didn"t work. The service was very slow. The bathtub was broken, the room had a water leak by the door of the bathrooom, I think there is a great load of eork to improve the hotel.
We stayed at the lounge tower, the service was always very kind, congratulations, they prepare for me a great machiato. The spa was spotless, this is the reason to return again to the hotel.
The corridors were very messy people left trays, dirty napkins, empty botles outside the rooms, this is no good for the brand you represent, the manager should always look more into these details.
