We had an unexpectedly long stay after a serious accident, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during a very stressful time. They consistently went out of their way to check on us, help with anything we needed, and make us feel cared for. The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet, with comfortable beds, a great breakfast, and a convenient location close to Hospital CIMA. I’m so grateful to the entire team for their warmth and generosity. I hope our next visit to San Jose is under much happier circumstances, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
