The views were superb and gave us much pleasure during our stay.
The steepness of the approach down to the property, which is unavoidable in an alpine resort, which, however, should be anticipated.

Property itself was nice and reasonably close to train station.
No frills. Shower amenities for one night despite 5 night stay. Computer generated credit card charges that made me think my card was hacked. Poor directions for check in made it VERY difficult (other guests had similar complaints). No paper towels. No intro coffee or cream. Demand for no shoes but no upace except floor to put on and take off. More that a kilometer of walking to 3 places to properly dispose of garbage. No help with anything.
