Nice stay with all basic amenity

It was easy to get the key from the reception as mentioned over the whatsapp. It was nicely connect to Wengen main shopping area and the train. 300 to 400 meters away from the station, but the slope will make you feel longer, specially with big luggage.

Value for money, it was not that great as per the cost. Not a new or upgraded setup. When some family stay for more than 4 to 5 days, they expect at least a washing machine would be necessary. which was missing. Rule for cleaning the bin was too much.

Its Ok , Lot of room for family of 4 & good cardio to just going and coming back from Train Station.

Being honest ,coming from Hospitality business background I do have higher expectations. Seems like they don't care safety since they don't have to worry about law suites like in America. Bathtub was 2 feet higher and you have to be able to lift your leg that up. We were ok being all young people in family but It would be impossible for elderly person. Tub and bath floor was very slippery with no actions taken to prevent it and when brought into their attention it was just simply ignored. You are in Switzerland so be ready to Hike up and down to just get into your apartment and this was in car free town so even more. No help of transportation or luggage provided by Host ( Wengan Apartment Rental ). No service was provided in 5 nights stay when requested they did provide us with extra towels. As an American I can tell that they fell short of expectation on service part.

No transportation to and from apartment since its steep climb. Make bathroom non slippery and reduce Tub Height.

If you can’t walk a lot or you’re old there are incline in the street while walking to the apartment. But the other things were amazing.

Lovely bright apartment, well appointed

A lovely, bright apartment with some nice (though limited) views of the mountains. The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped including a fondue pot and raclette set. The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room. There is a ski room for your equipment.

Its a short walk to the train station to access the skiing, but its a steep uphill walk. We took it as an opportunity to wake us up in the morning. While there is a ski room, it was a little unclear where to put our skis and unfortunately it wasn't very warm so our boots were quite cold in the mornings.

Nice base in the Jungfrau region for a family with young children.

The space, the cleanliness, the equipment, the balcony, the access to Netflix, the overall comfort of the flat.

Sorry that it is falling on this booking but what is it with this very complex recycling procedures... I’m sorry but I live in downtown Paris and here we don’t have a bin for taxed bags by the kids playground, a bin for papers behind the train station and a bin for glass under the bridge... I’m exaggerating a bit but honestly why can’t we have simple bins inside the flat or right outside the building?

Julie was very friendly...the chalet was clean, the bath also...it has a fantastic view at Mt. Eiger in Wengen...anyway I don't need to explain the Julie's Chalet, but experience it by yourselves...^^ :)
