It was located near to a great grocery store, bakery and kebab stand (which I highly recommend). The little kitchen area provided all the cutlery and glassware we needed. Quite cute actually.
I was on the 4th floor and it was hot outside during the time of my stay. No air conditioning so windows had to be open all night (which was a bit loud), but ear plugs were provided. If it had not been hot out, this place is good for its value.

Is near the Tramline and is well connected to the Hauptbahnhof.
The room is perfect for 1 person for a short stay in Berlin, but the price was on the expensive side due to the Christmas Season
Well the room is too smal and perhaps thay can take away the kitchen setting and just keep coffee and Tea,
Also not sure of the Sofa and Television be needed for such a small room

I liked that that it was so close to a tram stop. Only a 3 min walk where you can travel to most places in the city.
I also enjoyed how calm the building is. We stayed here for 3 nights and didn't hear many people from the other rooms apart from a party that went on the first floor.
I didn't like that there wasn't that much we could do with home cooked food. There was only an electric plate and a pot. We had to resort to eating out for most of our stay.

The place had a nespresso machine, which was nice
It didn't feel too tidy when we came - there was dust under the bed, dishes weren't really clean. But it was OK
