very comfortable home.

I really enjoyed staying at the New Bern property. It was very clean and inviting. It was also spacious for me and my family, and I highly recommend staying at this property. It was a wonderful experience.

Fenced in yard for dog would have been great minus the husky next door. Living area needs a clock and the front screen door catches on the step. But house was clean and they supplied all essentials, we were happy to see the Keurig machine with coffee and creamer!

The property felt old, which isn’t bad in itself. However, it felt like there was work to be done, but that never happened. There was new flooring, but the floors were wildly uneven in places, which should have been fixed. Since my Dad is legally blind, that made it challenging for him to navigate. The water pressure is very low and the water at the sink gets so hot you could give yourself 2nd degree burns. Not a good combo. The beds were okay. I usually prefer a bed that is a little more solid. The pillows were like sleeping on air. They are not good for anyone who has acid reflux. The gravel driveway was awful to walk on. This was especially true for my father, who is legally blind. And the stair railing that goes to the front door feels a little loose. Also, the front door, screen door specifically, does not close. It needs to be adjusted. The fridge door makes a weird click and pop sound after you open it so far. I inspected it and it did not appear to be caught on anything. The property was clean. Plenty of towels and other things provided. That was nice.It has the potential to be much nicer, but if you are in a pinch and need a place to stay, this will work.
