The house was very comfortable, with ample furnishings and well equipped. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and wares. The fenced backyard and patio access was very convenient for our dog. The neighborhood's location is very convenient for accessing travel routes and businesses. The host was very communicative and responsive within reason via VRBO's portal. Soon, the US Hwy 70 renovations in James City will make accessing downtown New Bern and surrounding areas even more convenient - within minutes. Would stay there again.

The host was welcoming and quick to reply to any questions. The house was inviting, clean, and had all the essentials. Everything was in well working order, and I had no problems at all. We were able to hang out with our family with plenty of space and comfortability. We will book here again whenever we come back down to visit! Highly recommend
