This home is a little jewel with a beautiful fenced in back yard which you and your furry friends will love. Perfect for a weekend getaway, a full vacation, an opportunity to meet with family, to attend a graduation, or to visit your favorite Marine. Cozy Scamozzi is located in a quiet, suburban tract but close to everything including grocery stores, restaurants and retail. Nearby is New Bern, a quaint, riverside town with many shops and the original Pepsi Cola soda fountain. You will be a short drive to The Neuse and Trent Rivers and only 45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean so there are plenty of opportunities for water sports. Also, there are miles of beautiful hiking trails nearby. We will consider long term renters and will make every effort to support military families. Come let us host you and your family.

Had a snow storm while there and had to contact host with questions, host was quick to respond and put me at ease.Aso the garage was very nice to have in the snow storm!Place was perfect. My family and I enjoyed spending time togetherWhile snowed in. Nice and cozy

Matthew was a good host. We had a couple of issues but he helped us work through things. The house is very well stocked with everything we needed. I love to cook and have guests over when I am in town and this house provided the space we needed to comfortably have family over.The backyard was perfect for our small dogs. The king size bed is very comfortable.

Loved staying here, will do again. Proximity to shopping and and places to explore was fantastic. Quiet neighborhood.
