Great location - if a little tricky to find the right entrance! Luxury apartments - 5 minute canalside walk to amazing V&A area.

Slightly disappointing. The dishwasher didn’t work and to which they were already aware; the washing machine failed and couldn’t be fixed and maintenance had to fix the patio door so that it could open. This was all raised in an email to them but have never received the courtesy of a reply who is a shame as the apartment could be lovely in a great location.

A map of the premises in the room would help a lot. Hard to get an uber. Google maps location is incorrect. Spotless clean beautiful place, safe, great location, felt like home. Fast wifi.

An AC unit kept making huge noise in one of the bedrooms all day and all night. Nobody came to fix it during our stay. So I have to sleep on the coach in living room for four nights. I don’t think I will book this hotel next time.
