Everything starting from check-in to check-out was perfect. I had erred with the number of occupants but the staff helped promptly. Stunning views of Ben Nevis peak from the Cafe, restaurant and rooms. Neptune staircase made out stroll more memorable. Two major attractions of Fort William accessible from one location. The staff took great care of our meals.

We were arranged to Room 29. The room was really old and decorated like 1960’s. The toilet and shower drainage were totally blocked. Water came out everywhere in the bathroom. The staff was trying to relocate us to another room but the entire hotel was full. So we got another key to Room 37 which shower drainage was blocked as well. The experience of living is so bad and we are strongly not recommending booking this hotel at all.

New owner has the hotel running on a skeleton staff. Not sure they are trained properly. The same drinks cost three different prices depending upon who served you.
