The apartment has a great view and is in a good location if you have a car. Although it looks a little dated, it offers good facilities and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner was great and super kind, we did self check in and out.
There were a few drawbacks. The dishwasher was not working, which was very inconvenient. I also felt that the apartment was a bit overpriced for what it offered.

Predivan i prostran stan s jako lijepim pogledom. Lokacija je isto dosta dobra - 15 min pjesice od centra grada Hvara (uzbrdo na povratku do stana, ali nista strasno). Sve je bilo savrseno.

The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s a great little apartment for a few days in Dubrovnik.
I didn’t realise that it’s either an uber journey or up 225+ stairs from the main road with the shops and restaurants. The beds are also quite hard, didn’t bother us, but one to know.
