    After 6 nights at their sister establishment--4 Monkeys--across the street, I took advantage of a great Agoda deal and relocated to Samsen Street. The rooms are nicer, brighter, and more spacious, and the overall feel is fantastic. However, I had a huge issue with their Wifi. After six nights with no Wifi problems across the street, as well as in five previous hotels, my tablet could not successfully connect to the hotel's Wifi. Great and friendly attempts by the IT staff as well as courteous offers to move me to another room--we tried, same issue--my brand-new Redmi Pad 2 Pro. Did it ruin my stay? No. Would I book Samsen Street again? Hmm. I'd really have to think about it...

    The location is perfect with easy access to transport, and the facilities are excellent, including reliable hot water. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a clean and comfortable environment. The overall experience offered great value for money.
