    Extra large room great open rooftop to enjoy the surrounding scenery and catch some rays. Only half mile walk to many restaurants for Saturday market and Clocktower and only another 10 minute walk onto the heart of pai. Staff very accommodating very easy checking made the room up every day. My only complaint his maintenance seems to be a little slacking. Shower was intermittently hot. AC worked great. And just a beautiful view out to the ground. Thank you to Sen and her cleaners. We would for sure stay again.

    This place is a real gem. I had booked for 2 nights but then extended my stay here for 4 nights. It is so spacious, beautiful location near the river and just a short distance from city center, walking street etc. and you can experience the most beautiful sunset from the terrace. Staff is very caring and helpful. K Sen manages this place so well and she's lovely to talk with. Will be amazing if they can add a small cafe to serve guests but I anyway enjoyed exploring lovely cafes of Pai.

    The room is very big and smells like mold. There is no hot water and the electric water heater is not really working. The staff is very nice and the view is amazing, But the room is no good, I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry.
