    I stayed here from October 10–12. The room I booked had no window, but it was fine. The air conditioning was cold, and the room was worth the price. Since I felt comfortable during my stay, I decided to extend my booking from October 12–14. This time, I chose a room with a window, which was slightly more expensive, assuming it would be better because of the window. Unfortunately, the room turned out to be noisy. The air conditioning was not cold enough, even though I had set it to 18°C. On top of that, the AC was leaking. When I requested to change rooms, a housekeeping staff member came and told me that the hotel was fully booked. However, I checked Agoda myself and found that a similar room was still available for booking. The housekeeper also claimed that the AC was leaking because I had set it to 18°C. But the AC unit was just like a regular home air conditioner. How could a normal home AC not handle a setting of 18°C? Even the AC in my own home can do that without any problem. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

    It was my 2nd time booking here this year. The location was very convenient, walking distance to pratunam market, platinum mall, December’s, Centralworld and many more. The room I always book the end unit, for better view and bigger space. The bell boys were also very helpful and the receptionists were accommodating too, but the one who assisted us during our check-out was not that accommodating and not smiling. It was also easy to book Grab. Will stay here again on my next trip in Bangkok.

    Third stay here — very disappointing. No elevator access to level 6; you must take the lift to level 5 and then climb stairs. Walls are extremely thin, more like partitions — constant noise from water pumps, sinks, and voices of guests next door. Sleep quality is terrible; no peace or relaxation possible. Bedsheets were dirty with visible stains. Will not return.
