    My friends and I stayed for 3 nights and booked a family room for the five of us. When we arrived, we were shocked to see the room interior, as we all agreed that it was not decent for a hotel. The room itself was clean, and the beds were okay. However, the worst part was that the water broke down for two nights in a row, so we couldn’t use the bathroom or toilet at night. The staff offered us the option to take a shower in another room located on the 6th floor, which required us to use the stairs. They shouldn’t rent out the room to customers if it is not proper to meet hotel's standard.
