Location: This is the just within the Pratunam and just stones away from the Pratunam Market. Like you can to the market anytime you want since this is just few steps away. However, since this is new, not all riders/drivers know the location. We find a hard to time to locate it on the first day. We were dropped somewhere and decided to just find the hotel by ourselves since we’ve been doing circles with the hired driver. It is located at the end of the alley. But it was superb, just 500m away from Tofu Skin. :)
Staff: During our check in, we told the Ascella that we will arrive at 12-1AM. When we arrived, we’ve waited for about 20mins before the staff arrived. We even went to their sister company (another hotel) to look for a staff that can accommodate our check in since we are with our parents who are seniors and tired and looking forward to get a rest as soon as we arrive. But all in all, the staffs are nice and accommodating.
Facilities: good thing they have lift so we dont have any problem on carrying our large luggage and carry-on. The room is clean and large. We booked the family suite which is super spacious — 2 bedroom, 2 T&B, living room and dining room. It is very spacious. We super liked it!
Overall, this is definitely a good choice to book. Very near to shopping malls and markets in pratunam.
