    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, things were off. The receptionist didn’t speak any English, which made communication extremely difficult. We noticed all the housekeeping staff just sitting in the hallways, and the level of service matched that attitude. The toilet water was constantly leaking, creating an annoying sound all day and night. The room lighting was extremely poor, making the space feel gloomy and uncomfortable. We had paid extra for early check-in for one room, and when we requested just two extra towels, they refused. The biggest issue was that they didn’t clean all the rooms, and when we asked why, they told us we had to inform them in advance. That’s completely unreasonable—it’s not the guest’s job to request basic housekeeping. There were no “Do Not Disturb” or “Please Clean” signs, so we had no way to indicate anything even if we wanted to. Overall, this hotel lacks basic service standards, and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. There are far better options out there for the same price.
