They use keys for the rooms instead of a keycard. Not sure if they only have 1 key per room because you cany have multiple keys in case you are group and you have to leave the key with the front desk if you want to have your room cleaned. The triple room is a bit cramped with not enough space to open your luggage. Better if they remove the sofa. The front staff are generally friendly especially the one replying to me via FB messenger before we checked in. He/she was very friendly and responsive. The lady however who was on duty

Don’t expect a big fancy hotel but it was nice for a budget stay. There was a ‘shortcut’ to Big-C and CentralWorld but have to be careful as it wasn’t brightly lit. The entrance by car to the hotel was next to the 7-Eleven also not easy to find for most drivers, especially Grab. The hotel staff and lady boss were very friendly, and also there was a black hotel cat. For hotel breakfast, go for the porridge. It was very good ! The Talad Neon market which was across the road from the hotel was permanently closed, which was disappointing. But all in all my stay was great !

The hotel is located close, in walking distance to the big shopping malls. The outside of the building is quite run down and the front area is not too inviting. As a busy road runs in front of the hotel it was pretty noisy during the night. Room was clean, stuff was nice. Had a cat in our floor which kept us awake most the morning. Breakfast- maybe the Asian one was better than the American one?? No any fruit unfortunately. Were expecting more for the price.
