    An excellent hotel for long-stay business trips. The washing machine in some of the rooms is an essential feature for long-stay guests.

    A good hotel. I only stayed for 1 night. it is close walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS about 5mins. Room was cllean and tidy. Not noisy tucked down an alley way and comfortable to sleep

    Clean rooms , having all I need . It’s like 10 mins walk from bts and there r many choices of food stalls on the way, very quiet if someone wants a good sleep.

    I need to flag a serious incident from my stay. Access to the hotel is via a short dark alley, which felt genuinely uneasy at night, especially for a solo traveler. The bigger issue: on one occasion, a staff member stared at me and my partner in an unsettling way as we walked in. I told him that I found this uncomfortable, but instead of apologizing, he became defensive and kept shouting at me. I took a photo of him as documentation to report the incident to hotel management, and the most concerning part was that he attempted to take my phone and then blocked my way to my room. He demanded that I delete his photo, continued shouting, threatened to call the police, and wouldn’t move from the entrance to my room until his manager became involved. I was eventually allowed through, but there was no apology. This felt like a serious lapse in basic professionalism and guest safety, rather than a minor service hiccup. I also experienced unexplained itching and redness during my four-night stay, which I documented with photos. I cannot say what caused it, but the symptoms resolved after I left and did not recur at my next hotel. I'd hesitate to recommend this property until I see how management addresses staff conduct.
