    First, the hotel has changed its name to Happy room & is not to be confused with another hotel with the same name a couple of kilometres away. The room was very clean and the WiFi was excellent. No English channels at all. The toilet lid was broken, no excuse for this. The shower was powerful on cold but weak if you want it warm Breakfast was terrible. No coffee machine and the water in the water heater was switched off at 8am when we arrived so water was only tepid. Asian food was freezing cold. There was only one slice of bread which was left in the open and going crispy. I wandered round to reception but no one there. Only person around was a young girl in the car park playing with a cat. Went back and bank my cold coffee and said young girl came in the restaurant and started clearing tables l, so I asked if the bread could be replenished so I could at least make some toast. After 5 minutes of clearing the tables and then wiping them down she then was messing about again. No sign of the bread being replenished, nor did she bother washing her hands at any time, so we walked out and went to a place a few miles away. Staff in this place care more about cats in the hotel than the paying customers. Management need to provide the staff with some customer care training Yes it was a cheap transit hotel but no need for everything at breakfast to be cold and not replenished when a customer requests. And definitely more attention needs to be paid to customers than local cats
